Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions effectively
- Provide health education and discharge instructions
- Respond to emergency situations promptly
- Maintain high standards of infection control practices
- Minimum two years of hemodialysis experience
- Nephrology certificate needed or in progress
- Completion of vascular access modules required
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- BCLS certification and patient assessment course completion required
