Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a resource for patients and healthcare teams

• Coordinate cross-specialty patient care effectively

• Facilitate access to clinical trials and treatments

• Lead educational initiatives for patients and caregivers

• Participate in research and quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing required

• Current NP registration in Ontario (Extended Class)

• Preferably experienced in oncology or neuro-oncology

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work autonomously

• Effective communication and technology proficiency
