Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-oriented nursing care in accordance with provincial standards

• Implement and evaluate effectiveness of care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident documentation

• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Experience with seniors preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willing to obtain
