Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and direct care

• Develop and implement care guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner Program
• Registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Minimum 3 years in pediatric nursing roles
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
• Experience with complex care systems
