You will play a critical role reporting to the Director of Care and be an integral part of enhancing our residents' quality of life. Your duties include guiding personal support staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and overseeing the well-being of residents. Candidates should be Registered Practical Nurses in good standing in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care following established protocols
• Ensure high standards of personal care and residency support
• Build a supportive, communicative environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor Personal Support Workers in your unit
• Perform assessments during admissions and status changes
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with a valid Ontario license
• Experience in senior care, geriatrics or rehabilitation preferred
• Insightful judgment and positive workplace fostering skills
• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive environment
