Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resident care activities across the facility
• Audit and ensure compliance with nursing documentation
• Oversee development and updates of care plans
• Respond to resident and family concerns appropriately
• Facilitate ongoing staff training and health safety protocols
Requirements:
• Proficient understanding of long-term care regulations
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Background in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Preferred post-graduate education in nursing administration
• Strong commitment to high-quality resident care
