Key Responsibilities:
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients
• Organize and coordinate nursing activities

• Mentor and teach junior staff and students
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans promptly
Requirements:
• Must hold Current General Class (Practising) Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Critical Care Certification within 6 months or 1 year current ICU experience
• Completion of a recent physical assessment course
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Excellent attendance record and teamwork capabilities
