Registered Nurse Neonatal Care at MGH

Candidates must hold a current license from the College of Nurses of Ontario and demonstrate at least one year of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Expertise in skills such as capillary bloodwork and PICC line care is crucial. Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety and quality improvement, contributing to MGH's inclusive and diverse work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care for neonates and families
• Execute advanced nursing procedures with proficiency
• Develop patient care plans utilizing neonatal knowledge
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of care
• Engage in family-centered care practices with compassion
Requirements:
• 1-2 years NICU experience in Level II or III settings
• Valid NRP and current B.C.L.S. certifications
• Certification in Breastfeeding Course required
• Strong commitment to lifelong learning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
