As part of the dedicated Resident Care Team, you will oversee nursing responsibilities, including planning, delegating, and supervising care within designated areas. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, delegate, and supervise nursing care for residents
• Foster a resident-centered approach and uphold their rights
• Lead and mentor interdisciplinary nursing staff
• Assess health conditions and communicate findings to physicians
• Manage nursing inventory and supplies effectively
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse credential from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Minimum one year of experience in long-term care
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication and supervisory skills
