Provide exceptional family-centered care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room age with children during the peri-operative phase and support their needs through effective collaboration.

As a full-time Registered Nurse in the Paediatric Operating Room, you'll deliver safe and ethical nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include creating nursing care plans and focusing on evidence-based practices. Candidates should be committed to lifelong learning and maintain clinical competence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing care plans for paediatric patients

• Collaborate with families and the healthcare team to ensure safety

• Maintain skills through ongoing education and training

• Utilize evidence-based practices in nursing accountability

• Provide ethical care in a supportive environment

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Nursing Program graduate

• Completion of operating room nursing program required

• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience with children preferred but not mandatory

• Strong communication and organizational skills
