• Assess patient care and learning needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Coordinate patient care activities with the team
• Educate patients and families on health matters
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

• Current registration with Ontario College of Nurses
• 2+ years of pre-operative and post-operative experience
• 1 year of Surgical Day Care experience
• Current BLS Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
