Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care based on competency and best practices

• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team

• Teach patients and caregivers about dialysis procedures

• Maintain and monitor central venous access devices

• Uphold safety standards and hospital policies

Requirements:

• RPN diploma and active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 2-3 years of recent experience in renal nursing

• Completion of RPN nephrology nursing course preferred

• Proven skills in IV therapy and central venous access

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
