Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing practices under RN supervision
• Liaise with physicians and healthcare team members
• Monitor and report significant changes in resident status
• Direct Personal Support Workers in care delivery
• Participate in handover reports and care assessments
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in long-term or geriatric nursing
• Knowledge of health care acts and regulations
• Strong communication skills with health care professionals
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
