Neonatal Registered Nurse at Sunnybrook

Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will adhere to standards set by the National Association of Neonatal Nurses. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions

• Provide educational support to parents about infant care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate quality care

• Document patient assessments and expected outcomes for care

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Level II or III NICU experience required

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification needed

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
