Join Baycrest Hospital as a Registered Nurse to support older patients with complex health issues. This permanent, part-time role involves day-night shifts with alternate weekends. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive client-centered care, evaluating nursing interventions, and participating in education programs for nursing staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical expertise and comprehensive health care services
• Plan, deliver, and assess nursing interventions within scope
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team for client care
• Teach and mentor nursing students and staff
• Ensure quality of life goals are met for all patients
Requirements:
• Current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Prior experience in palliative care and psycho geriatrics
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
