Baycrest seeks an On Call Casual Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert nursing care within a variety of medical specialty clinics. This role emphasizes delivering comprehensive clinical services while working closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care for incoming patients

• Plan and assess nursing interventions and medication plans

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care

• Coordinate care plans with attending medical specialists

• Maintain efficient clinic operations and patient flow

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is essential

• BScN degree;
Master’s is a plus

• Experience in an ambulatory clinic is necessary

• Competency in handling patients with responsive behaviors
