IV Infusion Nurse

Position: Flexible IV Infusion Nurse Role
Join The Care Company as a Part-Time IV Infusion Nurse and provide essential home healthcare in Ontario. This position offers flexible scheduling for experienced nurses skilled in IV therapy.

As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for delivering IV infusion therapies to clients across Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, and Toronto. This role suits RNs or RPNs with a minimum of two years of nursing experience, emphasizing compassionate care and strong IV skills. Your weekday availability allows you to manage multiple clients' care effectively over treatment durations of at least two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients pre-treatment and review protocols

• Start intravenous access and administer therapies

• Monitor clients during the infusion process

• Educate clients on treatment plans and side effects

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client care

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience

• Proficiency in IV therapy and venipuncture required

• Active CPR certification

• Recent Criminal Record Check required
