At Holland Bloorview, we seek an experienced RN dedicated to supporting our Feeding & Swallowing and Brain Injury Rehab teams. Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing complex health conditions while providing family-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based nursing care for pediatric clients

• Educate families on treatment plans and lifestyle changes

• Coordinate seamless care with interprofessional teams

• Run workshops and community education initiatives

• Maintain high standards of client/patient safety

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience

• Ambulatory care nursing experience preferred

• BCLS certification required

• Commitment to continuous professional development
