Position: Expert Advanced Practice Nurse Needed
Join a dedicated team as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) focusing on clinical excellence and innovative patient care strategies. This role centers on leadership, education, and evidence-based practices.

The APN position is integral to advancing nursing standards within the Nursing and Observers Resource Teams. Collaborating with program leaders, you will refine nursing practices, mentor staff, and lead person-centered care initiatives to promote patient and family engagement. You will support both clinical practice and professional development through your leadership and educational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote evidence-based nursing practices and education

• Mentor new nursing staff and support team performance

• Lead initiatives to enhance patient-centered care

• Identify and address educational needs for staff and patients

• Engage in continuous quality improvement and conflict management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
Master’s preferred

• Minimum 5 years of recent acute care experience

• Current BCLS certification

• Strong conflict management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication abilities
