Registered Nurse in Cardiovascular ICU

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to CVICU patients

• Administer and monitor cardiac technologies like IABP

• Communicate patient status effectively with the team

• Participate in patient education and support

• Ensure compliance with unit’s physical demands

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• 1-2 years of surgical experience highly desired

• Preferred:
Critical Care course completion

• Strong decision-making and communication skills
