Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized nursing care plans for patients

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain clinical knowledge through ongoing education

• Provide safe and ethical nursing care

• Participate in the Nursing Resource Group after one year

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Nursing Program graduate

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least one year of clinical nursing experience

• Experience with children is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
