As a part of the interdisciplinary team at Baycrest Hospital, you'll provide client-centered nursing interventions while assessing and treating complex neurological diseases. With an emphasis on enhancing patient well-being, you will work closely with registered nurses to create and adjust individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions and medications
• Provide personalized, client-centered care with the team
• Collaborate with the RN to develop and revise care plans
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C certification
• Experience with cognitive impairment and dementia care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Meditech and Microsoft applications
