Key Responsibilities:

• Own nursing schedules and staffing coverage across the clinic

• Coach and support nurses at all levels

• Oversee patient flow and nursing procedures

• Ensure precise documentation and compliance with standards

• Connect nursing with operations and patient services

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3-5 years of clinical experience; 2+ years in management

• BCLS certification

• Familiar with clinical systems and digital workflows
