As part of the Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division, your role will involve delivering comprehensive nursing care and guidance to nursing staff. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans for residents. Your expertise will ensure that individuals in long-term care receive the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify care plans for residents
• Assess residents’ physical and emotional well-being
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Maintain accurate documentation according to CNO standards
• Mentor new staff and support their integration
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in long-term and acute care settings
• Bilingual in English and French
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
