Michael Garron Hospital is on the lookout for a Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing and demonstrated critical thinking abilities. You will actively participate in care planning and coordination, ensuring that all nursing functions align with ethical and resource-efficient practices to benefit patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead care planning and coordination for patients
• Execute nursing processes and interventions effectively
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Adapt and cross-train in specialty nursing areas
Requirements:
• Current CNO Certificate of Registration as an RN
• 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, IV management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
