Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care and consultation in severe asthma

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient support

• Conduct follow-ups and arrange community transitions

• Participate in collaborative asthma community events

• Engage in research and assessments in the program

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

• Completion of recognized Nurse Practitioner program

• Registered with College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3-5 years of pediatric nursing experience

• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
