Position: Temporary Part-Time Night Nurse Role
Join Yee Hong as a Registered Nurse for night shifts in a temporary part-time capacity. Deliver high-quality care while supervising unit staff and coordinating services for residents.

Your role will involve overseeing Personal Support Workers and ensuring the delivery of top-notch nursing practices. You’ll maintain regular communication with families while fostering collaboration with healthcare teams. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills are necessary for facilitating resident care effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical nursing services in accordance with standards

• Supervise and direct the work of assigned staff

• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with safety and medication protocols

• Assist with staff training and evaluation processes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current College of Nurses certification

• Previous nursing experience and supervision preferred

• Current CPR certification needed

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to converse in Chinese is a plus
