Lead a dedicated nursing team as the Nursing Manager at Pollin Fertility in Toronto. This role combines clinical oversight with the management of daily nursing operations in a patient-focused clinic.
As the Nursing Manager, you will oversee the nursing team's day-to-day functions while remaining engaged with patient care. Your responsibilities will include scheduling shifts, coaching staff, and monitoring nursing practices to ensure both quality and safety in treatments. Collaboration with physicians and leadership is vital to enhancing the patient experience through their treatment cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage nursing schedules for a 7-day clinic
• Conduct regular team meetings with actionable outcomes
• Provide hands-on clinical support and patient education
• Serve as the escalation point for nursing issues
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse in Ontario
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• 5-10 years in a leadership nursing role
• BCLS certification required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
