Position: Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator Role
Elevate your nursing career as a Patient Care Coordinator at Toronto General Hospital. This permanent position offers between $45.85 and $57.31 per hour, with a focus on innovative patient care across hematology and palliative disciplines.

As a Patient Care Coordinator at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, you will support both inpatient and outpatient services within the Classical Hematology and Palliative Care Programs. This role combines administrative and leadership duties, implementing process improvements while nurturing staff through a collaborative learning environment. You will ensure operational effectiveness and assist in high-standard patient care through data management and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day clinical operations effectively.

• Implement continuous improvement and project management practices.

• Manage financial and administrative site responsibilities.

• Encourage staff development in a collaborative environment.

• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams for quality care outcomes.

Requirements:

• Completion of BScN or equivalent Nursing degree.

• Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

• Three years' supervisory nursing experience.

• Current College of Nurses of Ontario license required.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
