IV Infusion Nurse; Part-Time

Position: IV Infusion Nurse (Part-Time) Opportunity
Join The Care Company as a part-time IV Infusion Nurse, contributing to high-quality care in home settings across Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, and Toronto. This role focuses on patient-centered infusion therapy, offering great flexibility and impact.

As a skilled RN or RPN, you will provide IV infusion services with compassion and professionalism. You'll work closely with clients, assessing their needs and ensuring safe administration of therapies. Your weekday availability will ensure continuity of care across multiple clients in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-treatment assessments and review physician orders

• Initiate IV access using aseptic techniques effectively

• Administer prescribed IV infusion therapies

• Monitor infusion processes for client safety

• Educate clients on treatment plans and side effects

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required

• Strong venipuncture skills for IV access

• Valid CPR certification and Criminal Record Check

• Ability to work independently in a community setting
