As a part-time Nurse Practitioner – Registered Nurse, Extended Class, you'll serve at Unison's Jane-Trethewey location. This contract role runs for 21 hours per week from July 2026 to July 2027, where you'll diagnose and manage health issues as part of a committed team. The position demands strong clinical judgment and collaborative engagement with homebound clients to improve healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute clinical assessments and treatment protocols
• Work closely with physicians for client-focused care plans
• Supervise and mentor front-line staff and students
• Engage with external health agencies and providers
• Participate in organizational meetings and performance processes
Requirements:
• Registered as an Extended Class Nurse with Ontario's College of Nurses
• 3-5 years’ nursing experience in community settings
• Strong skills in health assessment and diagnostics
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
• Dedication to reproductive health and diverse identity inclusivity
