The role is focused on delivering healthcare at the Toronto Immigration Holding Centre, emphasizing mental health and addiction treatment. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and perform medical examinations for clients
• Accurately document medical histories and diagnoses
• Create tailored treatment plans and monitor their effectiveness
• Administer medications and assess patient health status
• Manage and update client medical records appropriately
Requirements:
• Three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Valid practicing license in Ontario
• Degree in a related field is preferred
• Security clearance and Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Up-to-date WHMIS Certification
