As part of the Resident Services team at Villa Colombo Toronto, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care. This includes providing episodic care, mentoring staff, and developing clinical education initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Support clinical assessments and timely care interventions

• Mentor staff to improve assessment skills and resident care

• Collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives through clinical evaluation

• Maintain updated knowledge of best practices in nursing

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in geriatric nursing

• Registered Nurse in Extended Class with Ontario College of Nurses

• Knowledge of Long Term Care Act and relevant regulations

• Leadership experience is an asset

• Ability to communicate in Italian is a plus
