Age Care is seeking a committed Registered Practical Nurse for a part-time role. Collaborate closely with the Registered Nurse to implement policies and ensure residents receive top-notch care. Utilize your knowledge of long-term care regulations and support health care teams in maintaining resident health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to residents daily
• Collaborate with health care team and physicians
• Guide Personal Support Workers in resident care
• Participate in shift reporting and communication
• Contribute to procedure revisions and implementation
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses Ontario
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of relevant health care regulations
• Commitment to quality and compassionate care
• Membership in good standing with the College of Nurses
