This position requires a qualified Registered Practical Nurse registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. You'll deliver comprehensive assessments, manage care for clients facing mental health challenges, and ensure adherence to court orders. Engage in risk management and support students while emphasizing a collaborative spirit across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recovery-focused nursing care in a forensic setting

• Conduct assessments and implement collaborative care plans

• Liaise with community services for client coordination

• Contribute to educational support for nursing students

• Participate in legal documentation and court report preparation

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse with valid CPR certification

• Knowledge in crisis intervention and forensic psychiatry

• Experience with diverse client backgrounds

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Preference for experience in psychiatric nursing
