Cystoscopy Registered Nurse

Join Unity Health Toronto as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cystoscopy Urology Department. This full-time role focuses on delivering effective nursing care throughout the perioperative process.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and education, ensuring that patients receive high-quality and ethical care. As part of a dedicated team, you will facilitate OR activities, monitor post-operative recovery, and foster strong patient-family relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct peri-operative assessments for patients

• Create individualized care plans in collaboration with teams

• Delegate nursing activities as required

• Provide patient teaching through effective strategies

• Support discharge and transition planning

Requirements:

• Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Perioperative Nursing Certificate required

• At least 1 year of cystoscopy OR experience

• BLS Certification needed

• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
