Registered Nurse Position in Long-Term Care

In this position, you will supervise support staff, implement policies, and coordinate the comprehensive care for residents in long-term care. You'll also play a key role in health assessments, medication administration, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and execute nursing care procedures for residents
• Oversee nursing staff and facilitate effective communication
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in health status
• Liaise with external healthcare partners as needed
• Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory
• Valid registration with the provincial nursing authority
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing
• Familiarity with health care legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
