Position: Registered Nurse for Continuing Care Unit
Become a key member of our Complex Continuing Care team at Trillium Health Partners as a Registered Nurse. Utilize your nursing skills to make a positive impact on patient recovery at our Queensway Health Center.

This full-time temporary position requires you to be highly skilled and adaptable, providing care for patients with complex needs. Candidates should possess strong decision-making and communication skills, ready to work flexible 12-hour shifts within an interprofessional team environment. Your responsibilities will focus on patient assessment and comprehensive nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care that meets all practice guidelines

• Assess and document patients’ physical and emotional conditions

• Teach and support patients and their families effectively

Requirements:

• Current and in-good-standing Ontario Nursing registration

• Up-to-date BCLS Certificate and IV start capabilities

• Experience in Gerontology and Long Term Care settings

• Critical thinking abilities to prioritize care

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
