As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering quality care tailored to the individual needs of residents. Your responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, leading team reports, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication regarding resident conditions. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing and resident services effectively
• Lead shift reports for comprehensive team communication
• Document significant changes in residents' conditions
• Process physician orders promptly and accurately
• Promote a culture of safety and resident dignity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Registered with the provincial nursing registry
• Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care practices
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare legislation
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
