As part of our Withdrawal Support Services, apply your 2-3 years of nursing expertise to deliver exceptional care addressing physical, emotional, and social needs. Conduct vital assessments, manage treatments, and educate clients on their health challenges within a collaborative support system. You'll be instrumental in fostering recovery and enhancing client safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans
• Facilitate individual and group interventions
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies
• Ensure quality medication management and safety
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2-3 years nursing experience in related fields
• Knowledgeable in substance use and withdrawal management
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in documentation and IT skills
