In this permanent position, the Clinic Nurse is responsible for medication administration, treatment coordination, and maintaining patient safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong focus on delivering care with compassion and professionalism while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a busy clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on treatment plans
• Perform ECGs and supervise testing procedures
• Provide accurate patient documentation and entry
• Serve as a primary communication link between patients and physicians
Requirements:
• Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing or BSc in Nursing
• Experience related to addiction treatment preferred
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Recent Criminal Reference Check required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
