Baycrest Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Inpatient High Tolerance Rehabilitation Unit on a temporary, part-time basis. This role requires a focus on geriatric patients recovering from musculoskeletal conditions and emphasizes client-centered care. As a nursing professional, you will evaluate interventions and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and provide expert clinical care
• Plan and deliver nursing interventions with accuracy
• Collaborate with the care team for client-centered support
• Participate in teaching programs for nursing students
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS Level C certificate required
• BScN preferred for applicants
• Experience in geriatric care and psycho geriatrics preferred
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
