Position: Hands-On Nursing Manager at Pollin
Elevate patient care as a hands-on Nursing Manager at Pollin Fertility in Toronto. Oversee nursing operations while being actively involved in patient interactions.

In this full-time, on-site position, you will lead a high-performing nursing team dedicated to exceptional patient care in a modern fertility clinic. You will engage in daily clinical responsibilities while ensuring systematic team management across all levels. Your contributions will be vital in navigating patient experiences effectively and upholding the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations and manage staffing needs

• Coach and develop nursing staff through education and support

• Ensure high-quality patient flow and clinical procedures

• Keep documentation aligned with policies and standards

• Liaise between nursing, physicians, and operations

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3-5 years in clinical nursing; 2+ years in a managerial capacity

• Holds BCLS certification

• Proficient with clinical systems and workflows

• Advocate for inclusive care and diverse patient needs
