Registered Nurse in Operating Room

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess comprehensive patient care needs and learning requirements

• Collaborate to develop and refine care plans

• Document and evaluate nursing interventions accurately

• Coordinate patient care activities to improve transitions

• Provide education to patients and families as needed

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum one year recent Operating Room experience

• Post Diploma RN Perioperative Nursing Certificate required

• Strong English communication abilities

• Requires familiarity with ORNAC/AORN Standards
