Villa Colombo is hiring a Permanent Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse committed to providing exceptional care in a long-term setting. This position is scheduled for overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., requiring 30 hours every two weeks. Responsibilities include administering medications, participating in care planning, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as per established guidelines

• Administer prescribed medications safely

• Document patient care accurately and promptly

• Collaborate with team members in care planning

• Supervise and support unregulated care providers

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification is essential

• Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles

• Familiarity with long-term care legislation

• Proficiency in Italian is an asset
