In your capacity as a Bilingual Registered Nurse, you will coordinate care, mentor staff, and ensure that residents receive personalized care plans. Your assessments and interventions will be pivotal in upholding the quality and standards of care within this long-term facility. Partnership with healthcare professionals will enhance the lives of residents significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients’ health status
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Maintain thorough and accurate health records
• Train and support new nursing staff
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized program
• Proven experience in geriatric or long-term care
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
