Interim Nurse Case Manager
Northern California

Position:

Join a respected California healthcare organization as an Interim Nurse Case Manager
. In this role, you will assess, develop, and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure members receive appropriate, high-quality care while meeting regulatory and organizational standards. You'll work independently, collaborate with leadership, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through effective care coordination and advocacy.

Interim details:

Basic knowledge of computers is required.

Able to work 100% remotely, required.

4+ month Interim assignment position.

Equipment / hardware included.

Must live in the state of California as a resident, required.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN),

Bachelors degree in nursing,

Unrestricted California Registered Nurse license, required

Certified Case Manager Certification, preferred.

3+ years clinical experience as a nurse in a hospital or clinic setting, required

3+ years of recent experience working in case management, utilization Management or discharge planning, required.

Experience as a clinical nurse in a managed care setting
, preferred.

Experience working with Medi-Cal and/or Medicare populations is strongly preferred.

Experience with CALAIM or ECM, preferred.

Salary: $55.00 per Hour
