Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnostics

Requirements:

• Registration in the Extended Class with the nursing college

• 3-5 years of community nursing experience

• Excellent analytical and triage skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Understanding of diverse community needs
