Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and assess transplant patient health
• Drive quality initiatives across the department
• Participate in policy and procedure planning
• Conduct educational and professional development activities
• Consult and support multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Completion of a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Familiarity with medical, surgical, and transplant settings
• RN (EC) certification required or pending
• 3-5 years of acute care nursing experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
