Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement individualized nursing care plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Engage in lifelong learning and skill enhancement

• Monitor and manage postoperative care complications

• Contribute to the Nursing Resource Group after a year

Requirements:

• Graduation from a baccalaureate nursing program

• Current RN registration in Ontario

• At least one year of nursing experience

• Previous experience with children is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
